China Baofeng Enterprise which established in 2002 had developed rapidly from the initial Baofeng Steel-melting factory into the current China Baofeng Enterprise within just a few years. The mode of production is integrated by smelting, Perforation and tube drawing. In 2006,the production and sales volume reached 10 billion yuan. In 2007,it reformed into China's Baofeng Steel industry in Songyang. The plant area of Songyang seamless tube base plus Wenzhou steel-making base is about 140000 m2. The steel plant had equipped with AOD refining (self-froduce 12 T-4 sets, 15T-2 sets, 18 T-4 sets, with an annual output of 30,000 tons of stainless steel ingot of refining production line); punching plant with: (punching machine - Titanium Mineral 150 M/M-1 set; 90 M/M-1 set; 75 M/M-1 set; 50 M/M-1 set,); seamless tube plant with : Cold Drawn machine (26 sets of different kinds of cold drawn machines, 7sets of Double lines long cold-roll pipe machines; 3sets of Slope type continuous heating fumace, with an annual output of 20,000 tons of stainless steel seamless tube production line , with an annual output of more than 10,000 tons of stainless steel food-grade health pipe); Welded pipe plant with: high-frequency pipe-series and industrial stainless steel welded pipe-series, with an annual output of more than 10,000 tons of stainless steel welded pipe.
